We all are aware that older people feel more sensitive to cold weather. All you have to do is set up Alexa to heat your elder’s blanket when they sleep in bed is an Alexa plug.
My grandparents lived in Vermont, and they loved their electric blankets, where it was freezing during the winter. They tried to keep their blankets on the bed (and then off in the morning) every time. However, it would have been much better to have a routine that turns them every night ahead and turned them off in the morning.
How can I do it with my older person?
Purchase an Alexa plug and an electric blanket. There is plenty of Alexa plug out there, but you can easily set up Amazon Smart Plug. Insert the Alexa plug into the blanket.
